Profile of inclusive teachers

There are four core values that form the basis of working in inclusive education
related to learning and teaching and applicable to all teachers:

• valuing diversity in students (differences between students become
  regarded as a resource and added value to education);
• supporting all learners (teachers have high expectations towards
  regarding the performance of all students);
• collaborating with others (collaboration and teamwork are essential for all
  teachers);
• personal professional development (teaching is a learning activity and
  teachers are responsible for their lifelong learning).
