Dealing with sexual (transgressive) behavior at school


This extension of the Sensoa Flag System helps teachers, management, CLBs, care coordinators, pedagogical staff to assess sexual (transgressive) behavior of children and young people at school and to respond appropriately.

The package consists of three parts:

  • Part 1 discusses the practice:
    • working with parents;
    • dealing with diversity;
    • touch and physicality;
    • new media (sexting or distributing nude photos);
    • changing and undressing at school;
    • toilet visit.
  • Part 2 links to relevant policy instruments:
    • an action protocol;
    • rules of conduct and conduct.
  • Part 3 discusses concrete situations.
